1. Maintenance of the compressor

Take the screw compressor as an example, the screw is a precision component, which determines the performance of the chiller. If you often work in bad conditions, it may fail, and the maintenance cost is very expensive. A small part may have to be at least thousands of pieces, not to mention the labor cost. And if it can be repaired regularly to avoid the failure, it will save money. It is generally tested by a professionally qualified engineer, with a cycle of two years.

2. Regular inspection of safety valves

The condenser is a large part of the chiller. On the screw chiller, the safety valve is installed on it. In order to avoid the impact of the condenser high pressure on the unit, the safety valve can serve the purpose of automatic pressure relief. So it should be checked regularly, whether it is malfunctioning and aging, and it must be replaced if it fails.

3. Regularly clean the scaled parts

For example, cooling water towers: larger chillers usually cool the condenser temperature through the cooling water tower, and the water tower will circulate for a long time, which will also cause contamination of impurities and scale in the condenser tubes, causing damage to the unit. Therefore, regular cleaning of the condenser helps to clean the interior.

For example, the condenser, evaporator, and heat dissipation pipes, especially the connected parts, have a long running time of the chiller, which is easy to produce scale, which will affect the refrigeration efficiency and heat dissipation of the unit. 4. Change the lubricant regularly

The water chiller is also a mechanical device. It also uses lubricating oil during operation. After a long working time, the natural oil quality will deteriorate and impurities such as air and moisture will penetrate. Therefore, regular replacement is a good thing for the water chiller. . Replace at least once a year.


5. Periodic drying filter replacement

The drying filter is a component that filters moisture in the refrigeration system, fills the unit with dry refrigerant, avoids moisture, and damages the refrigeration system. Therefore, the dryer filter is always working during the operation of the unit, and it should be checked at least once a year, and it should be checked once every six months under harsh operating conditions.

6. Check the refrigerant quantity of the chiller
